You're Not Alone
“…And ever has it been that love knows not its own depth until the hour of separation.” – Kahil Gibran
Being “more than a funeral home…a family friend” to you and your family after a loved one dies is so important to us that our services do not end once the funeral is over. We believe so strongly in helping you through the difficult time in the days, weeks, and months following a death that we have created a number of programs to help you work through your grief. Join us for a seminar, access online counseling services, join in group grief support, or watch our interactive videos, anytime…24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Grief Seminars/Workshops & Dinners
Join us for free seminars/workshops and dinners that are open to everyone and offered several times throughout the year at our Greenfield mortuary. Check out the Community Events for a complete listing and description of upcoming events.

Bullfrogs & Butterflies Children's Program
This unique program is offered for children of families who have lost a loved one to death. In a simple, non-threatening way, children are informed about a funeral and visitation – helping them understand what may be going on around them at a very confusing time. A story, craft, and other age-appropriate activities are used throughout the program, which is offered at no charge to those families we serve. Ask your Funeral Director for more information.

Family Follow-up
Our Family Follow-up is offered at no charge to families we serve and provides important information to families at a time when it is needed the most - during the days and weeks following a funeral, when life begins to go back to "normal" for a grieving family's support network - leaving family members to deal with the intensity of the grief process on their own. With Family Follow-up, you’ll receive information on local and national support organizations, pamphlets on loss, and grief materials designed to assist children, adolescents and adults.
Additionally, we provide educational information and tools to schools, churches, and senior citizen groups. Our staff is also able to support other groups through seminars and tours.

Our Lending Library
Find a book, DVD, or easy-to-read pamphlet on a variety of subjects dealing with grief and transition in our Lending Library located at our Greenfield mortuary. Books and DVDs in our Lending Library can be checked out at no charge. Pamphlets are yours to keep. To inquire if we have a particular book, DVD, or pamphlet, call us at (317) 467-4918 or (317) 485-5138 – or stop by anytime Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. or Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. to peruse the shelves.
