Lawrence " Stubby " Goodrich

May 25, 1937 - February 17, 2022

GREENFIELD – Lawrence C. Goodrich, known to many as Stubby, age 84, of Greenfield, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022 at Morristown Manor. He was born in Kansas City, Kansas on May 25, 1937 to Lawrence E. Goodrich and Winona D. (Baldwin) Goodrich. He was a 1955 graduate from Broad Ripple High School. On December 20, 1957, he married Joyce L. Lovell in Indianapolis. For 37 years, he was the owner of Eastside Radio and Communications. Stubby was a member of Northeastwood Christian Church and the American Radio Relay League and served as president of the Indianapolis Repeater Association. He enjoyed woodworking, Ham radio and volunteered with Civil Defense. Stubby is survived by his children, Debra Goodrich (Robin) of Fishers, Lawrence D. Goodrich (Denise) of Greenfield, and Donna Rowe (Jeffery) of Fountaintown; grandchildren, Jeremy Goodrich (Zoei), Daniel Goodrich (Hannah), Julie Agee (Nathaniel) and Hannah Rowe; great-granddaughters, Nora and Quinn; and sister, Deana McMain (Bob) of Albuquerque, NM. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Winona; wife, Joyce Goodrich; and brother, Bruce Goodrich. There will be no services. Arrangements are being handled by Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory in Greenfield.
