INDIANAPOLIS – Justus Aaron Hudson, age 27, of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, December 3, 2020 in Indianapolis. He was born in Greenfield on August 12, 1993 to John W. and Kim (Martin) Hudson. Justus married Shelby Ray on July 10, 2020. He was a self-employed tradesman for the Construction Industry. Justus liked playing guitar, dancing, listening to music, and most of all, loved being a dad. He is survived by his parents, John W. Hudson of Indianapolis and Kim (Martin) Hudson of Southside, Arkansas; wife, Shelby (Ray) Hudson of Indianapolis; brother, John Hudson of Southside, Arkansas; daughter, Mahayla Hudson; one son on the way, Xavier; stepchildren, Arabella and Jackson Allee; and grandparents, Nancy Beagle of Greenfield, Karren and Terry Christianson of Lawrence. He was preceded in death by his cousin, Cody Wheeler. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Friday, December 11, 2020, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. As a reminder, the government mandate requires guests to wear masks when inside our building. We are limited to a capacity of 50 guests at a time and please practice social distancing.
