Daniel McDonald

GREENFIELD – Daniel R. McDonald, age 38, of Greenfield, passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022. Born on April 27, 1983, in Indianapolis, he was the son of Daniel H. McDonald and Connie L. (Scheffsky) McDonald. Daniel was a 2002 graduate from Greenfield-Central High School and a 2008 graduate from Ball State University. He worked in customer service for various businesses for many years. He enjoyed playing in Yu-Gi-Oh and Poker tournaments and loved going to Hometown Comics. Daniel is survived by his mother, Connie McDonald of Greenfield; siblings, Bryan McDonald of Greenfield and Laura McDonald of Greenfield; niece, Maeli Bouchard; and nephews, Jayden, Lincoln and Brennan Elich. He was preceded in death by his dad, Daniel H. McDonald; and grandparents, Maureen Roelle and Phil Scheffsky. A Celebration of Daniel’s Life will be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2022. The gathering will be from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Greenfield Church of Christ, 1380 S. State St., Greenfield, IN 46140. Arrangements are being handled by Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory in Greenfield.
