Amy Cox

NEW PALESTINE – Amy Ruth (Kegg) Cox, age 54, of New Palestine, passed away unexpectedly with her son, Isaac J. Cox in a motor vehicle accident on Monday, December 16, 2019. She was born in Indianapolis on February 4, 1965. She graduated from New Palestine High School in 1984 and received a bachelors in communications from Grand Canyon University. Amy married John Cox on February 18, 1989 in Chicago, IL. She had a caring soul and cherished raising her children. She was a former member of Jesus People U.S.A. Amy enjoyed working with children, painting, and art. She most of all loved spending time with her family. Amy is survived by her husband, John Cox of New Palestine; sons, Ezra Cox of Boynton Beach, FL and Eli Cox of New Palestine; mother, Rita White of Indianapolis; sisters, Cindy Greene of Lake Stevens, WA and Sonya Neeb of Indianapolis; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Ernie White. In keeping with the families wishes there will be no funeral service at this time.
