GREENFIELD – Todd E. Freeman, age 38, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, March 26, 2008.  Born on July 25, 1969 in Columbus, Indiana, he was the son of Charles “Ed” and Susan L. (Stearns) Freeman.  He graduated from Greenfield Central High School in 1987 and worked as a plumber for Local 661 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union in Muncie.  Mr. Freeman was a member of Word of Faith Christian Church and loved the Indianapolis Colts.  Surviving him are his children, Amber and Zach Freeman of Carlinville, Illinois; mother, Susan Freeman of Greenfield; siblings, Charles (Jan) Freeman, Jr. of Shiloh, Illinois, Pam (Tom) Bolton of Greenfield, Jennifer (Amir) Mirpoorian of Indianapolis, and Dan (Robin) Freeman of Greenfield; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Preceding him in death were his father, Charles “Ed” Freeman; grandfather, William Stearns; and grandmother, Bertha Thompson.  Visitation will be Sunday, March 30, 2008, from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary in Greenfield.  Funeral services will be on Monday, March 31, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the mortuary with Pastor Julius Stephens officiating.  Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the family of Todd to help defray funeral costs and can be sent c/o Erlewein Mortuary, 1484 W.
