Orin Matthew Gross, newborn, of Carthage, passed away Monday, June 16, 2008, at Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield.  Surviving him are his parents, Matthew Gross and Elizabeth Sellers of Carthage; grandparents, Charlie and Denise Sellers of Carthage, Bridget Sellers of Brookville, and Kathy and Theo Gross of Carthage; aunts and uncles, Michael Milbourne, Tom Sellers, Cheyenne Wilson, and Heather Gross; great-grandparents, Charlotte Watson, Shirley Helms, George Lamping, and Fontie and Barbara Parrott; one great-great grandparent, Reuben Herring; and great aunt and uncle, Tracie and Brian Smith.  Preceding him in death were his great-grandparents, Tom Helms, Tom Sellers, and Henry and Daisy Gross.  Funeral services will be on Friday, June 20, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Glen Cove Cemetery in Knightstown with Pastor Tim Hensley officiating.  Memorial contributions may be made to the family of Orin to help defray funeral expenses, c/o Erlewein Mortuary, 1484 W.
