CUMBERLAND– Oren B. Marshall., age 98, passed away February 2, 2009 at his residence in Cumberland.  Born on September 21, 1910, in Needmore, Kentucky, he was the son of Walter S. and Delia (Brewsaugh) Marshall.  Mr. Marshall was the Profound Author of Angels and You and was a member of the Cumberland Christian Church. 

Surviving him are children, James Edward (Margaret) Marshall and Donald Eugene (Catherine) Marshall, both of Missouri; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his loving friend, Missi Cross of Greenfield; and caretakers, Stephanie, Jenni, Kay, Tina, Andrea, Liz, and Sara.  Preceding him in death were his parents and three brothers, Robert L. Marshall, Forrest C. Marshall, and Ira Marshall. 

Funeral services will take place on Thursday, February 5, 2009, at 12:00 p.m. with calling for two hours prior at Cumberland Christian Church in Cumberland.  Reverend Tom Scott will be officiating and burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.
