GREENFIELD– Josiah Lee Leyte, newborn, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2009 at Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield.
Josiah is survived by his parents, Paul and Lorna (Mann) Leyte of Greenfield; brother, Jireh Mann Leyte; grandparents, Larry and Lucy Mann of Greenfield and Dulcesima Leyte of the Philippines; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Helario Leyte.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 23, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at Park Cemetery in Greenfield. Memorial contributions in memory of Josiah may be made to the Philippine Foreign Mission, c/o Erlewein Mortuary, 1484 W. U.S. 40, Greenfield, Indiana, 46140.
