GREENFIELD – Bonnie R. (Reeves) McDaniel, age 74, died Saturday, June 27, 2009 at her Greenfield residence.  She was born on February 8, 1935 in Greenfield, and raised by her aunt and uncle, Ruth and Holton Hartley.  She graduated from Greenfield Central High School in 1953.  She married Michael E. McDaniel on November 26, 1953.

Bonnie worked for a finance center as a key punch operator for 10 years.  She loved shopping, reading, and doing crafts. 

Surviving her are her daughters, Debbie (Steve) Bailey, and Terri (Todd) Woodbury, both of Knightstown; grandchildren, Shannon, Shane, Shari, and Josh; great-grandchildren, Blake, Brandon, Maddi, Logan, Jenna, Ellie, and Sydney Rose; and many nieces and nephews.  Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Michael McDaniel; aunt and uncle, Ruth and Holton Hartley; daughter, Jackie McDaniel; brother, David Reeves; and grandson, Daniel Bennett.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at Erlewein Mortuary at 1:00 p.m.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.  Jonathan Manship will be officiating.  Burial will be at Park Cemetery in Greenfield, immediately following the service.
