GREENFIELD – Timothy “Joe” Crickmore, age 52, died Monday, February 25, 2008 at Community East Hospital in Indianapolis.  Born on January 30, 1956 in Anderson, Indiana, he was the son of Thomas V. Crickmore, Jr. and Nancy (Duzan) Crickmore-Shaw, and step-father, Norm Shaw.  Mr. Crickmore graduated from Mt. Vernon High School and worked in Maintenance at various companies throughout his life.  He was also a member of Fortville Christian Church and a member of the Fortville and Fountaintown Volunteer Fire Departments.  Surviving him are his step-father, Norm Shaw and his mother, Nancy (Duzan) Crickmore-Shaw of Greenfield; brother, Tom (Mary Rose) Crickmore of Pendleton; sister, Tondia (Gary) Scheiter of Bunker Hill, Indiana; step brothers, Sid (Etta) Shaw, Joe (Sue) Shaw, and Chris (Deedee) Shaw, all of Greenfield; nieces and nephews, Joy, Zak, Adam, Josh, and Tom; and step nieces and nephews, Heather, Rhett, Clint, Evan, Katrina, and Jenny.  Preceding him in death were his father, Thomas V. Crickmore, Jr.  Visitation will be Thursday, February 28, 2008 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary in Greenfield.  Funeral services will be on Friday, February 29, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the mortuary with Sean Simmons officiating.  Burial will follow at Gravel Lawn Cemetery in Fortville.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 6415 Castleway W.
