Brandon Dean Couch, 22, Terre Haute, Indiana, was called home to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, April 8, 2008. He was born on July 1, 1985 in Greenfield.
Brandon was employed by Harrison Steel Manufacturing in Attica, Indiana. He graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in May 2007 and received his mechanical engineering diploma in November 2007. He was a much-loved and respected member of the Rose-Hulman football team all through his college career, and he was also a brother of Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity and a member of the American Society for Mechanical Engineers. Brandon was a 9-year 4-H member. During his time at Rose-Hulman, he did numerous hours of community service and worked as a tutor for the Homework Hotline.
Brandon graduated from New Palestine High School in May 2003. He was a four-year member of the football and wrestling programs and a tutor for three years. Brandon has always been a powerful and influential example for young and old alike.
Brandon is survived by his parents, Richard “Dean” and Peggy (Quinlin) Couch. He is also survived by his sisters, Sabrina (James) Simpson of Noblesville and Jessica Couch of Franklin, and his loving fiancé, Amanda Ferrell of Alexandria. Brandon’s paternal grandparents are Bill and Linda Couch and Effie Deloris Sells. His maternal grandfather is Marion Quinlin. Brandon was also blessed with numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Barbara Quinlin, paternal grandfather, Robert “Bob” Sells, uncle, David Prunier, and cousin, Christina Colclazier.

Friends may call on Friday, April 11, from 1:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Park Chapel Christian Church in Greenfield. Funeral services will be on Saturday, April 12, at 11:00 a.m. at the church with calling one hour prior to the services. Pastor Gary Jones will officiate. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
