Arlington – Anna Alberta “Tiny” Spiker, age 75, of Arlington, passed away Friday, October 31, 2008, at Major Hospital in Shelbyville.  Born on December 22, 1932 in Shelby County, she was the daughter of Raymond and Lula (Mussman) Sleeth.  She married Robert R. “Bob” Spiker, Sr. on September 6, 1952 in Indianapolis.  Tiny was a loving wife and mother.  She was a member of the American Legion Post #102 in Morristown. 

Surviving her are her husband of 57 wonderful years, Bob Spiker; sons, Tommy (Linda) Spiker, Bobby Spiker, Jr., Barry (Loretta) Spiker, Mike (Sandy) Spiker, James (Carol) Spiker, Kevin (Terri) Spiker, Russell (Becky) Spiker, and Walter (Kathy) Spiker;  daughters, Theresa (George) Hoagland and Dawn (Jerry) Hallgarth; 29 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; sister, Marlene (Sonny) Taylor; sisters-in-law, Clodie Sleeth and Gertie Sleeth; and several nieces and nephews.  Preceding her in death were her parents; eight sisters, two brothers, and a daughter-in-law, Loretta Spiker. 

Friends may call on Tuesday, November 4, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary in Greenfield.  Memorial services will follow immediately at 7:00 p.m. at the mortuary. Pastor Michael Smith will be officiating.
