GREENFIELD– Nancy Darlene Haltom, age 65, died Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at Hancock Regional Hospital.  Born on February 10, 1943 in Indianaapolis, she was the daughter of Ralph and Bertha (Carwin) Goss.  She married Bruce E. Haltom on February 14, 2007, in Greenfield.  Nancy was a sales associate at Wal-mart for many years, a member of the Brandywine Community Church, and enjoyed gardening and reading.  Surviving her are her husband, Bruce E. Haltom of Greenfield; son, Tony W. (Amy) Dover of Pittsboro; mother, Elma (Leroy) Six of Greenfield; sisters, Lorna Hanson of Morristown and Karla (Dewey) Erwin of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Troy and Allison Dover; and several nieces and nephews.  Preceding her in death were her parents and brother in law, Bob Hanson.  Visitation will be Friday, October 17, 2008, from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary in Greenfield.  Funeral services will take place on Saturday, October 18, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the mortuary.  Burial will follow at Asbury Cemetery in Morristown.  Memorial contributions may be made to Brandywine Community Church, 1551 E.
