INDIANAPOLIS– Christine Whisman, age 80, died Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis.  Born on January 18, 1928 in Mount Sterling, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Aude and Rebecca (Barnett) Williams.  She married Clifford Whisman and worked at Montgomery Ward and LaQuinta Inn for many years.  Christine loved to go bowling.  Surviving her is a sister, Della (Morgan) Ray of Indianapolis and many nieces and nephews.  Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, and siblings.  A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Butler County Memorial Park.  Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Hospital for Children at 30 S.
